If our service is suitable for you, please register your interest using the contact form here. If Dr Giselle Withers has capacity to accept you as a new client, you will be emailed an online form to register with the clinic. Once registered, please book your appointments using the calendar below for ‘existing clients’.

    Existing clients

    Please use the booking calendar to secure your next telehealth appointment.

    Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to an appointment time. This allows enough time for someone else to book into this session.

    Please email or phone Giselle to cancel your appointment providing your name, phone number and the date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel. A new session time can be booked using the online booking calendar.

    Session Pricing

    Individual assessment session:
    60 minute duration

    $265 or $128.65 after the Medicare rebate*

    Subsequent standard appointments:
    50 minute duration

    $225 or $88.65  after a Medicare rebate*

    Extended appointments**:
    75 min duration

    $330 or $183.65 after a Medicare rebate*

    *Individuals referred by their GP with a mental health care plan are eligible for a $136.35 Medicare rebate per session. Currently, 10 sessions are available for each year.

    **Most psychology sessions will be standard appointments. Extended sessions may be required if you are undertaking EMDR therapy.
