    Existing clients

    Please use the booking calendar to secure your next telehealth appointment.

    Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to an appointment time. This allows enough time for someone else to book into this session.

    Please email or phone Giselle to cancel your appointment providing your name, phone number and the date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel. A new session time can be booked using the online booking calendar.

    Session Pricing

    Individual assessment and therapy sessions:

    Approximately: 50-55 mins

    $164.75 after the Medicare rebate* (Full fee with no rebate $310)

    Review appointments (following therapy/treatment stage):
    Approximately: 30 mins

    $141.05  after a Medicare rebate* (Full fee with no rebate $240)

    Extended appointments**:
    75 min duration

    $234.75 after a Medicare rebate* (Full fee $380 with no rebate)

    From July 1st 2025 individuals referred by their GP with a mental health care plan are eligible for a $145.25 Medicare rebate per 50 mins session, and $98.95 per 30 mins session. Currently, 10 sessions are available for each year.

    **Most psychology sessions will be standard therapy appointments. Review sessions can be booked after the therapy/treatment stage is completed. Extended sessions may be required if you are undertaking EMDR therapy.
